Well. At least one other person stops in here occasionally. :)
It can't be THAT cold in North Carolina, can it? There were 3 inches of snow in my front yard on St. Patrick's Day. That's because Darryl was on vacation, and I was on spring break.
It's going to be 60 degrees this week, and that's because we're back to school/work, so have hope!
Last week, we had a tree taken down. Yes, in the snow. It was 63 feet tall, and seeing the cranes and whatnot was CRAZY! Our neighbor, who complained about the tree, then hacked enough of the tree away to make it a hazard, came out to complain about the noise. She called the police, and when the officer came, he laughed at her. So she slammed her door at us, and then peeked out her window.
Weirdo.
Today a man is coming to give us an estimate to build a garage. I'm home, and I'm supposed to be tidying up. Clearly, I'm not getting it done. I'm going to blame it on my longtime tricky foe, the [TAB] key. DARN YOU ROTTEN [TAB] KEY!!
Oh, and another thing. Who agrees with me that Chrissy's picture called, "Over The Fence" should be instead called "The Nicolli's Car" ? Chrissy thinks that the Nicolli's car is stealthy. She's been trying to photograph it for MONTHS. Then, one day, while shooting the sky, she spied her opportunity. The car was tucked in for the night and had just enough time to whip off it's mud mask and curlers.
Yesterday, I cut my finger on a piece of angelhair pasta. No, seriously. Yes. Pasta. Angelhair. Tricky like the [tab] key.
Laurie, your map is sweet. You've been a lot of places!! I didn't think to name mine, but I like "map map," you creative girl!
