A Tribute To Our Brother
Because Mike lives so far away from us, Chrissy and I sometimes like to sit together and wonder what Mike might be doing right now. What follows is what we imagine an average day is like for Mike when we are not around.
And, uh, Mike? We love you, regardless of what this may say to the contrary. ;) Mike is health conscious. Every morning, Mike wakes up, and goes for his morning jog.
Next, Mike works on his chores, like taking out the trash. He follows this with a brief workout, which includes "pumping iron,"
and "lifting."
Now it's time for Mike to go to work. Traffic can be stressful!
Mike's work takes a lot of thought...
For a little while after Mike comes home, he likes to relax. He takes time to smell the flowers...
...and particularly enjoys it when Tinkerbell brings him his slippers.
Of course, every guy needs a little "him time," which Mike likes to call, "chillin'."
At this point in the evening, Emily is FED UP with his lollygagging, and so sends him out to do more chores, like "stacking firewood."
No guy who had worked this hard all day could resist checking out his own "beefiness"...
Finally, Mike's day has come to an end, and it's time to go to sleep. Goodnight, Mike! We miss you!!
