Normally, I do not go this long between posts, so you know I've been busy! Without going into a lot of detail (as I am wont to do) here is a list of things that are going on with me: 1. Darryl and I went away for Labor Day weekend to help his friend paint his house. We came back to find a shower in our dining room. Only, this shower happened through our chandelier. Apparently, there was some toilet malfunction which led to mass destruction on 3 floors. We moved back into the house yesterday, and reconstruction should begin in a few weeks. 2. In addition to 17 credit hours this semester, I have this internship that is SUCKING THE LIFE OUT OF ME. It is taking so much time and energy it is unbelievable. I think I'd rather take exams. :) You can read about my internship here. 3. Everyone has a cold! A cold that would not be so bad if it were not for all the other craziness! Actually, now that I think about it, the cold was probably brought on by the craziness. 4. Because Karen was the only person to post after my contest, she wins! Now, I know you may not have intended to enter, Karen, but you win. So, the prize will be in the mail in a few days. In part, that is because I am sick of looking at it. I sure you will enjoy it for many... minutes to come. (Before you toss it in the trash. :) ) I think that covers it. I took many many pictures of the house-destroying water in action, but our digital camera was in the rubble, so the photos are on regular film, and Lord knows how long it will take me to get that developed. It's a real problem for me. But when I do, I'll post some, and we can all laugh at the wreckage that was formerly a house. ;)
