Any UNC fans out there? :) I'm sure there are quite a few. What a great game, I only caught the second half (had to watch "24", you know) and I must say that although I'm a huge Cincinnati fan, watching a team like North Carolina is a lot of fun. I noticed our friends over at google added satellite imagery to their map service. Go check it out! It's really cool! They don't have close-up coverage of much in Cincinnati, but I was able to find a few notable addresses (looks like google approximates more than I expected). It's a great use of the data they acquired when they bought Keyhole. I've used the free trial of that, but it wasn't very impressive. I've also checked out NASA's World Wind which was a big download, but also fairly cool because you can overlay political or topographical boundaries. Who needs either of those if Google keeps up with maps.google.com? It's so cool to toggle between the standard map and the satellite. Hope everyone is having a great week!

Ha! That's really cool! It seems like it must be pretty current; I can't see the linden tree in the back yard - and that was taken down only a year ago!
It's pretty close, considering that it's a satellite image! Only off by 4-5 houses!

I like that Mom and Dad's house is completely invisible under a clump of trees. ;)

Did you check out your house, too?
Spot! Hahahaha
Our house is on there ... only off by a tiny bit. Our image must be about 2 - 3 years old because they were clearing out the area where the Lowes store now sits. Pretty cool!
