Friday, July 01, 2005So Much To Say.
Summer semester #1 is done for me as of 10:00 this morning, so, all the stuff I've been writing on little scraps of paper can be posted now!
First: I have yet to find a great photo-hosting service that meets my needs, mostly because I demand INSTANT RESULTS. But I just noticed that blogger will now host photos for us! Yay! All you have to do is click on the little photo icon in the tool bar when you post a message. One feature that seems really nice is the ability to post more than one photo per post. I tested this out earlier and it's GREAT. Fast loading times, lots of layout options, fast loading times, different sizes, and did I mention FAST LOADING TIMES? Check it out!
Second: Here are our recent searches, chuckles:
* Panera Bread Blog
* Cookout Artwork
* Mike Haboustak (Which, by the way, linked to this post.)
* Haboustak
* CVS one time use video camcorder
* CVS hack (looks like your idea is gaining popularity already, Mike!)
Third: I have photos of Chrissy's graduation and her party, but I have not uploaded them yet. Why? I'm lazy. Please kick my butt to GET ON IT. I also have a SMALL movie of Chrissy walking across the stage, but no way to host that, so if someone wants to host it, I'll post it. Awww, yeah.
Fourth: A while ago, I got a neat copy of an e-mail that was Grandma's - she gave a copy to Dad, who gave a copy to me. It's a genealogy of Grandpa's family, and goes back pretty far. Does everyone have that who's interested? Because for some reason Mike didn't get it, and I'm going to scan and send it to him. I can send it to anyone else, or post it here if there's interest. Let me know.
Ok, that's long enough: But I still have those photos, PLUS an expose of Huntington Bank. Hopefully, that'll happen tomorrow. Unless I get lazy. Which is likely. But the best fan in the house is right by this computer. Obviously, that guarantees nothing.
Comments:
I would love to see the family tree! Scott's aunt on his father's side traced back his family back to around 1500, so we have it all updated through Andrew. I framed it and put on the wall going up the stairs, along with old photos of Scott's ancestors. It would be nice to have something like that from OUR side of the family. :-)
