Garage Sale 

I haven't put any kind of tracking info on the garage sale page, which is really good, so I don't have to feel bad that NO ONE WANTS MY STUFF. Clearly, my junk is just that. My trash is no man's treasure. ;) Anyway, I just wanted to mention that there are new items over there. Also, I changed a little bit of the layout in the sidebar to make it a little cleaner, and any input about the layout of the page is ALWAYS appreciated. If anyone gets a creative impulse and wants to switch anything around, please FEEL FREE. My copying and pasting method can only take things so far. In other news, we had a survey done yesterday. Our crazy neighbor sent a letter to the bulding department that requested it because she thought our driveway was on her lot. The mayor grabbed the letter and gave it to us, and said it was up to us whether we did a survey or not. He knew that our construction plans were correct, but wanted us to be aware of the crazy letter. So, we went ahead with the survey, because.. better safe than sorry. Yesterday, after the surveyors finished, I had to chase ole' crazy out of my back yard 7 TIMES. She wants to see the lot line. She ought to shell out her own $550 and have someone point it out to her. That's what Darryl and I think. ;) So, of course, our plans are FINE. All systems are go, and hopefully the meeting on Tuesday will continue our small amount of momentum.

I think the garage sale is a great idea. Only problem is being in NC makes it almost impossible due to shipping costs. I have some stuff too like furniture and generally lots to get rid of (I find you must expunge often with a baby and a smaller house). I normally just mention it to my brothers and someone wants it. Then it takes around 6 months for us to actually coordinate taking it over to one of their houses (and we have "Big Red", the F150 to lug the stuff, so that's not an issue). It's normally just our state of constant disorganization.
