Back to the old grind.

Two weeks ago, CSU was on spring break. That was really nice because all I had to do was go to student teaching in the mornings, and my days ended at noon. Last week was my Practicum school's spring break, so all I had to do was go to classes at CSU, BUT! my professor was sick, and she teaches two of my classes, my tutoring student wasn't coming, so I had a super easy week. This week, my practicum school is still on spring break (isn't that awesome? A two week spring break?) and I just have to go to classes, but I ACTUALLY HAVE TO GO TO THEM NOW. Grrr. Last Monday I had this big project due. I was going to do it on Sunday, but my professor called and told me she wasn't coming to class on Monday night. So... I didn't do it. At all. Now I have to turn it in tonight, (actually in about 7 and 1/2 hours) and I haven't even read the book that it's supposed to be based on. I need to learn how to really balance a bunch of things going on at once instead of just pretending to. Anyway, this project tonight is called "Biogr@phy in a c@n." (I put that there so if my professor searches for it on the internet, she won't find out I'm a slacker! ;) ) I'm reading about Bessie Coleman, which is pretty interesting. If you don't know her, she was a pilot. So, I'm thinking of making my "can" into an "airplane." This may have disasterous and possibly hilarious results. I'll post pictures later, if I haven't glued myself to something before I finish.
