WOW, it's really coming along quickly!! Our tenant is building a house, too, and he says that the longest time in building a house is the systems. I guess his exterior has been done for 2 years, but they're still working on the interior. Of course, he's working as his own contractor, so I'm sure you won't have the slow down he has had. But I'm curious to see how long it would take professionals to do the job! ;)
