I'm not even going to edit this scatterbrained post. 

OMG, it's almost over. That's right! Only 2 more days! We completed everything on the list of consequence. On Friday, the carpet is being installed, and the tenant is moving in. The housing inspector waived our occupancy inspection, and is scheduling the electrical inspection, so everything should be tidied up shortly. Now Darryl and I can sit back and relax! Poor Darryl - after working all day at the PD, he has had to come home and work on the apartment every night until about 11 or 11:30! It's crazy! Speaking of relaxing, we signed up for netflix a couple of weeks ago. Do you all have netflix? There is nothing I love more than checking the mail and getting a DVD. Now we get to have movie night like twice a week! And now we get to look forward to Karen's video update, which I'm sure will be awesome!! It's so nice outside here today, and it's a good thing, too, because today I get to clean the apartment and move all the tools into the garage. And all that trekking back and forth would suck in the rain! Guess what else? Look what I found! Did you all see this!?

On buzznet, Chris' photos are in my "friends" section, and I saw he added a new one when I added one recently. I can't believe he didn't post it here instead!

I tried to post it here, but something didn't work and I was too lazy to fix it. That's the kid of a friend of Shane's. Or possibly a friend of a friend of his. Anyway, I saw someone getting ready to take a picture of the kid and decided to horn in on it.

If I can manage to become less lazy I'll post some shots with facepaint.
