Woo-hoo! 

We have multiple offers and should make a final decision on who gets the house tonight. So, we should have a signed lease and deposit tomorrow. Hooray! You know how you think you have a nice house and people say they like it, but you never know if they're just being polite? Well, now I feel like I really did have a nice house all along. It almost makes me want to stay here. Almost.

Congratulations!! That's fantastic news! I'm really glad it went so quickly, especially since you seem to have had a lot of competition for tenants!

The first person who looked at our place rented it, too, so we're both landladies this week!

Congratulations Emily! I feel like we could totally do this house flipping thing at this point. I'm so excited! Plus this couple is signing a two year lease, and would like to buy if all goes well in 3 - 4 years. So, it's really a perfect situation. It was actually hard to decide who would get it, but it came down to a gut feeling in the end. We just felt like "You know, this house belongs to this couple". So we're really stoked!
