The weekend is over! Again! 

Another weekend has come and gone. A couple of funny things happened to me this weekend: First, I was out with Chrissy, and ran into *2* of my students. But not together! We were in a store, ran into one, and were in another store an hour or two later and ran into another one! It was really really weird. Mostly because they just want to say hi, but don't know what else to say, and don't know when to walk away. So I have to keep asking questions until their parents find them, or I have a real reason to do something else (thanks Chrissy!!). The other weird thing also involved kids. Darryl and I were walking out of Sam's Club today, and there were some boy scouts selling popcorn there. Here's how it went down: Kid A: Wanna buy some popcorn? Kid B: Support the boy scouts! Darryl: No thanks, sorry kids. Kid A: Trade ya some popcorn for some chest hair. Kid B: Ewww. Darryl and I cracked up - where did that weird line come from? What a strange kid, huh? It's especially strange since Darryl isn't one of those super-hairy guys, you know? Kids! What did you all do this weekend?
